The Mondays Mondays Post (Week 9): Living Color

So i did not make the monday deadline because i was at the happiest place on earth on monday and tuesday (ps. that means disneyland)
but this is a song about being mexican mainly but also about fitting in and finding color in a world that pushes for no diversity. I added a lot of different elements that i never use like an orchestral ending and sampling but mainly im just trying to expand my horizons. Some have already downloaded the beat

The Mondays Mondays Post (Week 7): Jason (Where do you Hide)

I wanted to wait to post this till tomorrow or later today but i couldn't wait so i don't care
I will be presenting this song for my final in my writing class tomorrow night
hopefully the teacher sees how hard i worked on this song
Its not a fun song and its lyrically dense, the song tells the story of a guy named jason who is picked on a lot in school. its really emotional and gets bad towards the end of the song. its pretty sad but lafe can be sad sometimes. I wanted to bring up an issue that is definately overlooked in hip hop especially. This song goes out to anyone who has been verbally and physically abused for being different. Not different like jason is in the song., but just different and even though you might not be able to relate to jasons problem (like i coudlnt) you can at least relate to the struggle of being your own person.

I will admit my rime is week on it i spent more time on the beat and auto tune then the substance of the piece but luckily my home g gangstah CalBin or Calvin more than makes up for it with his vast intellect about random ass shit. You're probably gonna hear Ivan and Jesse being stupid in the background too, especially at the end. The song may seem random, but it was fun as hell to make so enjoy last summers effort of a combination of random intellect with random verses.
Cuz frankly this is how we rime.
